Specifically designed for newborns
Difrax produces its Natural pacifiers in five age sizes: Newborn, 0–6 months, 6+ months, 12+ months and 18+ months.
Both the shield and teat increase in size and firmness as baby grows. The Newborn version is the smallest size, making it particularly suitable for premature and very young newborn babies.
Difrax currently gives approximately premature to 2 months as guidance for this Natural Newborn size. As babies grow at different rates, age should be treated as a guide rather than an exact cut-off.
Natural symmetrical teat
The Difrax Natural teat is symmetrical, so there is no specific top or bottom when baby takes the dummy.
Its size has been specifically adapted for tiny newborn mouths.
Butterfly-shaped shield
The familiar Difrax butterfly-shaped shield is designed to sit comfortably around baby's face while leaving the nose free.
