Shipping policy

We do endeavor to ship out all orders on the day that the order was placed.

Sometimes we do need a bit more time so please give us up to 1-2 business days processing time.

Some products has unique shipping conditions or times, so look out for it in the product description.

Play Mats, mambo baby floats and albums shipping: Can not be shipping with the "over R 1250 free shipping". Due to the size of the boxes we do charge a small shipping fee to supplement some of the shipping.

If you live in Gauteng arrangements for a drop off/pick up can be made. Please contact us to see how we can assist.

 

A few detail:

  • At check out we have a large variety of shipping options for you the choose
  • Overnight -Your order will be shipped with the overnight option. Just remember the 1-2 business days packing time.
  • Please note that if you are in a remote area it might not be overnight
  • Economy - 3-5 days to your door
  • Pudo - this is a pick up option, we will ship it to the closest locker to your address. If you have a specific locker you want to pick up from please let us know. Once you receive your code sms you have 36 hours to pick up your parcel. Delivery to the locker is between 2 and 5 business days. If your code expires due to late pick up the cost of rebooking the parcel will be R 90.
  • Pargo - this is a pick up option, we will ship it to the closest pick up point to your address. The pick up points will be a store. Delivery take 1-3 business days. https://pargo.co.za/find-a-store/ 
  • Pick up in Pretoria – Your parcel is usually ready within a few hours - if we need to transfer to to a different store it can take up to 3 days.
  • If there is any other delivery method that you want to use please let me know then I can try my best to assist you.
  • International shipping is not free, once you have placed your order we will get the cheapest quote and send a invoice for payment. Once the payment has been received we will ship the parcel ASAP. 

PLEASE NOTE: We can only use the address and contact number given. We don't change it, so if it is wrong on the order, it is due to a error made by the customer while placing the order.

If this results in non delivery and extra courier fees the customer will be liable for that payment.
