Refund policy

We will be happy if you changed your mind and want to do a refund or exchange. As long as the products are in the original packaging and unused. Please let us know within 7 days of purchase.

Do to hygiene reasons we cannot refund or exchange any cloth diaper related products, but we will be happy to try to help you sell as secondhand, it at the best possible price. 

If the product is defective, please let us know asap and we will exchange the product asap.

If there is a shipping cost related to a exchange or refund, the cost will be deducted before the refund amount is paid out. 

If we shipped a defective product we will cover all shipping costs for a exchange or refund.
