How do I track my order?
 

A tracking number with the link to the couriers site will be provided withing 48 hours. 

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

Please contact us if you have any specific shipping requirements, for example you need the order by a specific date. We will then try our best to meet your requirements via special arrangements.

If you live in Gauteng arrangements for a drop off/pick up can be made. Please contact us to see how we can assist. 

 

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

Please contact us if you would like to return or exchange a item. We will then send our courier to pick the item, please do not send your own courier. Once we receive the item and it is inspected the refund will be made within 24h. Pick up/drop off arrangements can be made in Gauteng.

How can I contact your couriers?
 

The contact details of the courier will be given with the tracking number.

 

 

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

We do provide international delivery, please just be aware that delivery can be delayed due to international border control or other factors beyond our control. If you need the order by a specific date please let us know so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Please note that extra courier cost may apply.

 

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

We check all garments for defects before they are shipped.
If a damaged item does slip through our quality check we would be happy to exchange it and pay the courier cost for it.
If you are unhappy with your purchase please let us know.
We do exchange or refund items that is returned within 10 weekdays, provided that the item is in the exact condition it was sent in and unworn.
The refund/exchange will be done once the item is received by JanaS and inspected.
